The Co-Lead Teacher — Toddler Team role is onsite in Lexington, MA. Pay is $22–$26 per hour. The Jewish Preschool of Lexington describes a warm, community-centered school rooted in Jewish values and focused on children’s growth and development. Working with a co-teacher, this educator shares responsibility for curriculum, classroom management, and daily routines for a small group of toddlers. The role supports children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development while building strong relationships with families and colleagues in a nurturing classroom.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with a co-teacher to plan and implement a developmentally appropriate, play-based curriculum
• support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
• share classroom setup, cleaning, and organization
• provide attentive care including diapering and hygiene
• foster a safe and engaging classroom
• build relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• communicate clearly and contribute to a team-oriented culture.

Why this role

EEC Infant/Toddler certification required or willingness to qualify; CPR and First Aid certification required. Schedule options listed: Monday–Thursday 9 a.m.–5 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m.–3 p.m., or Monday–Thursday 9 a.m.–3 p.m.
