What you'll do

• Analyze and model incident, problem, and change trends
• conduct data studies and experiments
• use Splunk dashboards, alerts, and queries to investigate operational issues
• use cloud monitoring tools to identify performance gaps
• develop analytics using data mining, statistical, forecasting, and modeling techniques
• build prototypes, algorithms, predictive models, and custom analyses
• improve data and search quality
• apply AI and machine learning to automation and analytics
• identify performance degradation and anomalies
• analyze API patterns, response times, and latency
• document remediation strategies and collaborate with application, infrastructure, and network teams.
