What you'll do

• Accept work assignments
• request needed parts promptly
• service, repair, and customize motorcycles to factory specifications
• notify the Service Advisor or Manager about additional work or delays
• keep customer vehicles and the work area clean
• complete and file paperwork
• assist the Service Writer with work orders, customer communication, test rides, or other customer-satisfaction needs when requested
• complete assigned technical training.
