What you'll do

• Process claims by the next business day after repair-order close
• resolve claim corrections and charge-backs
• maintain manufacturer representative relationships
• review repair orders for accuracy and completeness
• analyze claim issues and trends
• check service histories for duplicate claims
• report claim status weekly
• report suspected fraud
• update parts listings
• audit warranty schedules and old claims
• assist service consultants and technicians with warranty questions
• attend training as needed.
