What you'll do

• Prepare daily guestroom assignments and reports
• secure and order supplies
• maintain purchase records and inventories
• inspect guestrooms and public areas
• hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and schedule staff
• assign duties and inspect work
• address housekeeping complaints
• perform laundry and room-attendant duties as needed
• maintain lost and found
• coordinate with the front desk
• prepare work orders and complete department opening and closing duties.
