What you'll do

• Support daily administration of Windows server and infrastructure environments
• configure and support VMware and/or Hyper-V virtual servers
• perform patching, updates, and vulnerability remediation
• monitor server, storage, and network health
• support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations and testing
• administer Active Directory users, groups, organizational units, and permissions
• assist with Group Policy
• configure and support DNS, DHCP, DFS, and certificates
• troubleshoot network connectivity and infrastructure incidents
• assist with switch, wireless access point, and cabling deployments
• maintain technical documentation and configuration records
• manage incidents, service requests, and asset inventory in ticketing systems
• travel to remote locations as needed
• participate in after-hours maintenance and on-call support rotations.
