Job overview

Compensation is $98,000–$130,000 per year. The Health and Wellness Director, Registered Nurse (RN), Memory Care role is onsite in Silverdale, WA, for approximately 16–24 hours per week; At The Ridge, a senior living and memory care community, the director leads clinical care for residents living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. The director leads and develops the nursing team, supports person-centered resident care, and maintains nursing policies and standards. The role coordinates staff development, infection prevention, and quality initiatives, while partnering with families, physicians, caregivers, and other team members to support resident outcomes.

• support compliance with Washington Assisted Living regulations. Must be available for after-hours phone consultation
