What you'll do

• Oversee daily roustabout operations
• ensure work is performed safely and efficiently
• act as onsite manager or delegate
• lead setup, operation, and teardown of equipment and systems
• supervise, train, and mentor crews
• communicate with clients
• manage site environmental health and safety compliance and deliver safety training
• inspect equipment
• complete field tickets and documentation
• estimate and plan labor, materials, and schedules
• identify efficiency and cost-control improvements.
