What you'll do

• Load, run, and unload the dish machine
• keep it clean and report functional or mechanical problems
• monitor wash-cycle water temperature
• wash and store tableware and kitchenware
• organize the dishroom
• maintain clean tableware supplies
• remove dishroom trash
• maintain detergent and cleaning supplies
• clean food-preparation and production areas
• fill in as needed to support restaurant operations.
