What you'll do

• Assist with planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating activity and quality assurance programs
• observe resident attendance, mood, behavior, and involvement
• coordinate with other departments
• prepare activity rooms
• provide daily activities in accordance with care plans
• maintain confidentiality
• supervise residents during activities
• visit in-room residents and assist with letters, errands, crafts, and projects.
