Pool Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee pool operations and staff
• provide leadership, discipline, and feedback to deck supervisors, instructors, and deck teachers
• conduct evaluations
• maintain knowledge of the curriculum and management practices
• communicate with parents about student progress
• substitute in deck roles when necessary
• provide weekly reports
• conduct aquatic-based new-hire training
• support workshops and in-service training
• monitor shift flow and pool equipment.
