What you'll do

• Prepare food for residents, guests, and employees according to planned menus and standard recipes
• plate items using portion and garnishing guidelines
• ensure adequate preparation, freshness, seasoning, and proper cooking
• communicate shortages
• assist kitchen staff
• stock and clean the station
• follow food rotation, sanitation, safety, and resident-rights practices
• clean and inspect kitchen equipment and work areas.
