What you'll do

• Oversee terminal, dock, and transportation operations
• lead drivers, dock workers, dispatchers, administrative staff, and supervisors
• ensure routes are staffed and freight is delivered on time
• monitor pickups, deliveries, and service failures
• maintain DOT and FMCSA compliance
• conduct safety meetings and coaching
• oversee freight handling, scanning, staging, and documentation
• manage staffing and schedules
• investigate incidents
• maintain records and communicate with customers and leadership.
