What you'll do

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices and employee expense reports across multiple entities
• match invoices to purchase orders, subcontracts, and contract terms and route approvals
• verify job-cost and property-level charges
• prepare weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire requests
• maintain vendor files and master data
• reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• respond to vendor and internal inquiries
• support month-end close, 1099 preparation, audits, and process improvements.
