It also contributes to reliable, secure service through issue ownership, cross-team escalation, documentation, and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Provide first-line support to corporate and remote employees through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems
• troubleshoot hardware, software, endpoints, Microsoft 365, VPN, and access issues
• own incidents through resolution when possible
• document troubleshooting and outcomes
• escalate complex issues with context
• contribute to knowledge articles and process improvements
• collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams
• follow IT standards, security policies, and HIPAA requirements.
