What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests
• maintain brochure racks and club supplies
• administer Player’s Club accounts according to rules
• explain membership information and assist with account questions
• stay informed about casino promotions
• communicate with staff, departments, and outside representatives
• safeguard owner assets
• follow company and gaming commission policies
• assist with promotional activities and coat check duties when needed.
