Tax Expert - Tax Office

Job overview

The Tax Expert - Tax Office role is onsite in Little Rock, AR, and is part-time, with a minimum of 20 hours per week and typical hours of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Monday through Friday; hours may increase during peak demand. Compensation is not specified for this location. The role supports TurboTax’s mission of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.” This role prepares tax returns and provides advice, calculations, and software support to help customers address tax needs. It also builds local customer relationships and coordinates with Intuit specialists so clients can receive connected support for their broader financial needs.

What you'll do

• Prepare tax returns and provide tax advice, calculations, and software support for customer situations ranging from straightforward to complex.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions, reduce tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax-planning advice.
• Build local customer relationships through outreach and community engagement, and connect clients with relevant Intuit services and specialists.
• Serve customers in person and through video tools.
