What you'll do

• Monitor order timing so table orders are ready together
• coordinate food running with servers
• read tickets and prepare items according to recipes and time limits
• deliver food when a food runner is unavailable
• complete shift side work
• prepare toast as needed
• keep server-line areas clean and organized
• assist coworkers and fill in as directed.
