What you'll do

• Support electrical and basic mechanical assembly by interpreting approved designs and communicating solutions to the shop floor
• improve assembly, testing, and quality assurance processes
• develop solutions with production leads
• assist with engineering change requests
• refine assembly processes to improve product quality and consistency
• support project budgets and timelines
• conduct root-cause analysis with quality assurance
• and research methods and tools for process improvement.
