The Field Service Engineer role is onsite in Boise, ID, with hourly compensation of $32–$42. The engineer installs, services, repairs, and maintains advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment in cleanroom environments. The work helps customers keep complex equipment operating safely and reliably through troubleshooting, system qualification, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and customers.

What you'll do

• Repair and maintain electro-mechanical systems, including component and unit replacement
• install and relocate customer equipment
• perform start-up procedures and system qualifications
• use diagnostic and test equipment to troubleshoot issues
• follow safety and cleanroom protocols
• maintain service records, reports, and inventory documentation
• coordinate project planning with internal teams and customers
• travel domestically and potentially internationally as needed, with ongoing travel approximately 25%.
