What you'll do

• Scrape and wash dishes by hand or machine
• collect dirty utensils and pots
• load and unload the dishwasher
• hand-wash specified items
• store clean dishes and glassware
• maintain cleaning supplies
• clean restaurant areas, windows, and filters
• check the dishwasher and report issues
• transport garbage and supplies
• follow restaurant rules and nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
