What you'll do

• Conduct career assessments and counseling
• develop career pathway plans
• assist with applications, resumes, interviews, and job searches
• provide individual and group job coaching at worksites and training sites
• deliver workplace-readiness training
• facilitate workshops
• build employer relationships
• coordinate with agencies, schools, and community partners
• provide retention follow-up
• maintain case records and support program reporting and compliance.
