What you'll do

• Lead forging operations across multiple facilities
• develop enterprise forging strategy and standards
• drive safety, quality, throughput, capacity, and manufacturing performance
• lead standardized processes, lean initiatives, and data-driven improvement
• coach and develop leaders and technical talent
• collaborate with metallurgy, engineering, quality, maintenance, and operations
• lead capital improvements, equipment upgrades, automation, and capacity expansion.
