What you'll do

• Lead nursing services and ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance
• strengthen the QAPI program and quality initiatives
• monitor quality measures, outcomes, and survey performance
• conduct daily clinical rounding
• mentor nursing leaders and frontline staff
• collaborate with the Administrator, Medical Director, and interdisciplinary team
• lead survey readiness and oversee plans of correction.
