The Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is based in Downey, CA, with work in school, home, and clinic settings. Pay is $22–$27 per hour, and the schedule is part-time, Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–7:00 PM. Alongside ABA provides evidence-based care to children with autism and related developmental differences. The technician implements individualized ABA programs under BCBA guidance, records session data, and helps children develop communication, social interaction, and daily living skills across settings.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized ABA programs under a supervising BCBA
• collect and record session data
• communicate with supervisors, families, and team members
• attend training, team meetings, and supervision
• follow clinical, ethical, and confidentiality standards
• respond to challenging or unsafe behaviors consistent with training and protocols.
