Job overview
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Baltimore, MD, with pay of $20–$30 per hour. Early Lens Neurobehavioral Center provides individualized Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and adolescents, with a mission of early support, equitable access, and lifelong impact. Working under Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervision, the RBT implements individualized treatment plans and helps clients build communication, social, play, adaptive, safety, and daily-living skills. The role contributes to meaningful behavior change through direct services, accurate data and documentation, and collaboration with caregivers and the clinical team.
What you'll do
- Provide direct one-to-one ABA services under individualized treatment plans
- implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
- teach communication, social, play, adaptive, safety, and independence skills
- collect behavioral and skill-acquisition data
- complete session documentation
- follow behavior support and safety procedures
- assist with daily living activities when clinically appropriate
- participate in BCBA supervision, training, competency development, and team meetings
- communicate with caregivers and team members
- maintain client dignity, confidentiality, boundaries, and ethical standards
- provide services in assigned center, home, or community settings as applicable.
