The Certified Nurse Aide role is onsite in Clairton, PA; pay is $16.95–$23.31+ per hour. Lifespace Communities is a nonprofit senior living organization focused on enriching residents’ lives and supporting older adults’ independence and well-being. Working with the clinical team, the aide provides direct care according to resident care plans, assists with daily living activities, observes and reports changes, and helps maintain a clean and safe environment.

What you'll do

• Follow care plan directives and provide direct care
• assist residents with feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, movement, and transportation
• observe and report changes or unusual findings to the nurse
• coordinate accurate vital-sign and activities-of-daily-living records
• follow infection-control precautions
• answer call lights and check that resident needs are met.
