What you'll do

• Provide individualized direct care
• assist with daily living skills, community activities, recreation, and social development
• maintain a safe and supportive environment
• complete documentation and reports
• communicate with supervisors, staff, guardians, medical professionals, and team members
• assist with transportation
• perform light housekeeping
• respond appropriately to medical or behavioral emergencies
• attend required training and meetings
• follow agency policies, DDS regulations, and safety procedures.
