What you'll do

• Clean and maintain residential grounds and green areas
• mow lawns
• collect debris, vegetation, and metal
• clean sports and recreational facilities and common areas
• prune trees and shrubs
• paint building and common-area surfaces, including graffiti-affected areas
• clear drains and ditches
• clean and disinfect offices, bathrooms, and community facilities
• plant trees
• and maintain tools and work areas.
