The role helps project teams deliver capital projects with appropriate staffing, planning, and construction controls.

What you'll do

• Develop, maintain, update, implement, and staff the construction program for capital projects
• recruit, train, schedule, and review outsourced construction resources
• improve standard practices for plant construction
• support project definition and execution strategies
• participate in PSR4, PSR5, and PSSR processes as required
• identify construction practice and process gaps and drive solutions
• support and conduct construction supervision training
• develop and oversee construction QA/QC processes
• oversee individual plant construction efforts.
