What you'll do

• Configure, support, troubleshoot, and optimize the ERP platform
• manage ERP releases, testing, sign-off, deployment recommendations, and vendor defect escalation
• lead Lean process improvement
• gather requirements and implement ERP functionality
• develop rollout plans, documentation, and training
• partner with vendors and internal teams on support and projects
• manage requests and backlog
• build Excel-based tools and reports
• protect confidential data and support access reviews and IT change management.

Why this role
