Wedding and Event Sales Executive

The executive develops client relationships and converts event inquiries into bookings, coordinating details with sales, banquet, culinary, operations, and outside vendor teams. The role supports successful events and venue revenue from initial inquiry through planning.

What you'll do

• Respond to event inquiries
• conduct venue tours and consultations
• follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into bookings
• assist with menu, beverage, package, and upgrade selections
• prepare contracts and proposals
• maintain client and booking records
• coordinate event details with internal teams and vendors
• identify upselling opportunities
• develop referrals and repeat business.
