What you'll do

• explain Digital Vehicle Inspection findings and repair recommendations
• prepare estimates and repair orders, present options, and obtain authorization
• schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians and parts ordering as needed
• update customers on repair progress
• handle warranty paperwork, maintain records, and follow up on future service needs.
