What you'll do

• Develop and execute sales, marketing, and census growth plans
• manage the sales cycle from lead generation through move-in follow-up
• analyze occupancy, conversion, referral, waitlist, and competitor data
• build referral relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations
• coordinate outreach, events, and presentations
• oversee admissions and resident onboarding
• support resident and family satisfaction and retention
• coach community sales and marketing personnel
• maintain records and prepare reports
• support marketing budgets and regulatory compliance.
