What you'll do

• Manage multiple affordable housing development projects from initial underwriting through closing, stabilization, and 8609s
• contribute analysis and present investment materials to executive leadership
• compile financial, market, site, and regulatory due diligence
• manage project pro formas, budgets, schedules, and underwriting assumptions
• prepare applications and documentation for financing, property transactions, and subsidy renewals
• participate in contract negotiation and review legal documents
• analyze partnership agreements and cash-flow waterfalls
• coordinate internal teams and external consultants through design and entitlements
• lead or coordinate pre-development work involving architecture, engineering, zoning, local government, and community support
• mentor junior staff
• provide other support to executive leadership as required.
