Varsity Baseball Assistant Coach

The Varsity Baseball Assistant Coach role is onsite in Seattle, WA, for the season scheduled from mid-February through mid-May 2027. Compensation is $5,000–$5,250 per year for the season. Lakeside School is an independent coeducational day school with an athletics program of 26 varsity teams. The coach supports the baseball team and broader athletics program by supervising and instructing student-athletes, managing team activities and game-day operations, and promoting balanced participation and achievement in school life.

What you'll do

• Coach and supervise student-athletes during team activities
• manage field setup, game-day preparations, and coordination of support staff
• maintain team equipment and apparel inventory
• attend required athletics meetings
• comply with school, Metro League, and WIAA policies
• support multi-sport participation and balanced achievement.
