What you'll do

• Oversee harvest intake, drying, curing, trimming, and packaging
• set production targets
• monitor and document environmental conditions
• ensure products are weighed, labeled, and sealed correctly
• coordinate harvest handoffs and verify batch and METRC tag accuracy
• manage vault transfers
• supervise and train dry room and packaging staff
• create staffing schedules and coordinate shift handoffs
• maintain METRC records and regulatory documentation
• prepare for inspections and audits
• verify required packaging information
• report compliance discrepancies
• conduct quality inspections
• enforce sanitation, PPE, and biosecurity protocols
• investigate quality deviations and maintain calibration logs.
