Human Resources Generalist

What you'll do

• Translate business objectives into workforce plans
• use talent analytics and labor market insights to inform hiring, retention, and mobility
• lead employee relations matters and impartial investigations
• ensure compliance with employment laws and company policy
• partner with Legal and Compliance on risk mitigation
• coach leaders and advise employees
• support talent reviews, succession planning, and training
• lead change plans and team health diagnostics
• advise on compensation, job architecture, and pay equity
• partner with HR Operations on HRIS data integrity and audits
• promote inclusive practices and well-being
• analyze people metrics and present recommendations.
