What you'll do

• Collaborate with the administrator on implementation and compliance with the company vision
• drive the ongoing QAA process
• oversee performance-improvement milestone plans
• monitor clinical trends and outcomes using TSI and CMS reports, survey status, and clinical outcomes
• communicate care-delivery trends, issues, and opportunities to administration, the medical director, and the Quality Assurance Committee
• anticipate customer needs and work to minimize potential problems.
