What you'll do

• Monitor and analyze production line performance
• assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions
• collaborate with global manufacturing facilities on process optimization
• support new product and equipment trials and validation
• maintain SOPs and process documentation
• participate in lean and kaizen initiatives
• analyze production data and report KPIs
• support operator and technician training
• help ensure policy, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field and 1–3 years of manufacturing, production, or plant experience, including internships or co-ops. Mandarin bilingual ability is required; Six Sigma certification, DOE, CAD, and coding are preferred but not required. PPE may be required for up to 12 hours.
