Treatment Nurse

The Treatment Nurse role is onsite in Fresno, CA, and pays $28–$35.50 per hour. What you'll do

• Assess residents’ skin conditions on admission, readmission, and return from leave
• initiate skin and wound progress reports
• notify physicians of skin conditions and deterioration
• initiate prescribed treatments and ensure orders are documented
• photograph specified skin problems and pressure ulcers
• perform weekly skin assessments and report findings
• audit treatment documentation
• order prescribed medications and treatments
• monitor oxygen supply and supplies
• take cultures as ordered
• attend required in-service classes and meetings
• keep treatment carts clean.
