What you'll do

• Sort and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate database or lockbox
• pre-sort and organize payments
• batch and bundle payments and complete batch sheets
• review unidentifiable checks and correspondence and return payments with a request for information
• follow client manuals and company procedures
• complete work accurately and on time
• support routine work and special projects.
