What you'll do

• support volunteer concerns and conflict resolution
• coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, retention, database administration, safety planning, and succession planning
• serve as a contact between volunteers and shelter departments
• support fundraising, transfers, emergencies, and disaster response
• maintain volunteer records, opportunity listings, incident reports, SOPs, and budget support.
