What you'll do

• Answer medical questions by phone
• see patients promptly through the triage process
• gather patient history, presenting complaint, vital signs, and examination findings
• conduct physical examinations and diagnostic procedures such as ultrasound, X-rays, bloodwork, and biopsies
• diagnose conditions and create treatment plans
• discuss diagnoses and options with customers
• prepare estimates
• maintain accurate medical records
• perform emergency surgeries and endoscopic procedures
• and educate customers on aftercare and prevention where appropriate.
