Field Service Technician

What you'll do

• Install, disconnect, reconnect, modify, and troubleshoot telephone and high-speed Internet services at customer locations
• assess internet, video, and telephone issues
• work inside and outside customer premises, including ladders and rooftops
• drive a company truck safely between locations
• explain installed products to customers
• test and set up PC, LAN, and VoIP equipment
• promote services and upgrades
• follow safety procedures
• maintain work-order and customer records.
