Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant works onsite at the Woodland Meadow apartment community in San Jose, CA. The full-time schedule is Thursday through Monday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m.; pay is $21 per hour. What you'll do

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours
• explain community features and amenities
• maintain knowledge of floor plans, pricing, availability, and amenities
• build relationships with prospects and residents
• respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• process leasing applications in compliance with company policies and fair housing laws
• collaborate on outreach, resident retention, and community events.
