Payroll Team Lead

What you'll do

• Execute biweekly multi-state payroll through Workday Payroll
• maintain payroll data accuracy
• resolve complex payroll questions
• lead year-end W-2 processing
• ensure compliance with payroll regulations and tax obligations
• manage state registrations and tax notices
• support audits and internal controls
• advise HR, Finance, and leadership
• collaborate on onboarding, offboarding, pay changes, deductions, and benefits administration
• develop reports, reconcile payroll transactions, support month-end close, and improve processes.
