What you'll do

• Prune, defoliate, stake, transplant, and feed plants
• monitor plant health for pests, disease, and environmental issues
• support irrigation, nutrient delivery, and environmental management
• maintain cultivation records and inventory tracking
• keep workspaces and equipment clean and sanitized
• follow compliance, safety, and security procedures
• assist with harvest activities as needed, including cutting, hanging, drying, curing, weighing, labeling, and recording inventory.
