Building Products Estimator

Job overview

The Building Products Estimator role is onsite in Hanceville, AL. The XML lists $20–$30 per hour. COR Building Products serves North Alabama and surrounding areas by designing and providing materials for residential, post-frame, and commercial buildings. The estimator develops construction takeoff packages and cost estimates, from rough-order-of-magnitude figures to detailed working estimates and designs. The work supports customer selections and sales presentations while helping assigned projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and target gross-profit goals.

What you'll do

• Prepare construction takeoffs and cost estimates
• review specifications and schedules
• design projects and meet bid dates
• manage project documentation and cost/profit analysis
• support project evaluations
• manage assigned projects for accurate pricing, scope, specifications, production rates, schedule, budget, and target gross profit.
