Stretching and Flexibility Coach

What you'll do

• Provide assisted stretch and flexibility sessions
• lead self-assisted and assisted stretching, including proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation and myofascial release when applicable
• conduct demonstrations and client assessments
• review medical history and goals and provide recommendations
• support member safety, education, and motivation
• create personalized exercise programs
• document client progress and manage files and reminders
• participate in team meetings and marketing activities.
